Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tiny-tim is Tiny indeed! He weighs maybe 8 pounds, but every single ounce is ALL love, and of course, Terrier! Tiny Tim has gotten along with every dog he has met with us, and even alllll the other dogs in his wonderful foster family! He adores snuggling up with the foster kiddo, and of course, sleeping under the covers. Tiny Tim made the adjustment into his foster in no time at all, and while he's only occasionally shy with people at first, he gets over it as soon as he's given treats, or just comforted by someone he trusts. Tiny Tim is only about a year old, and while his training does have some work to do, his foster family has cut down on that work marginally! As he works on his house-breaking, crate-training, recall, leash-walking, and of COURSE, snuggling! His foster mom KNOWS he's destined to be someone's companion buddy, mixed in with some adventure; because his Terrier heart just has a zest for it! We've not yet cat-tested Tim, but we reckon with a good, slow introduction, and guidance, he will adjust to them just as nicely! If you can't tell, I adore Tiny Tim, and just how TINY he is! He's a sweetheart through and through!

More about this shelter
We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!
Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
