This loveable guy is Shadow! Shadow is a 4-year-old, 103-pound Lab mix who is as sweet as they come! This big, lovable boy adores being near his people and thrives on affection. In fact, Shadow isn’t a fan of being left alone—he’d much rather be your constant companion, soaking up all the love and attention you have to give. Shadow has a refined palate when it comes to treats; while the usual ones don’t interest him, he can’t resist a good piece of string cheese or a hot dog. He’s a total softie for snacks and cuddles! We haven’t had the chance to see his playful side just yet, but Shadow seems like the kind of pup who would love toys and a little fun. With his happy demeanor and gentle nature, Shadow is ready to be your new best friend and biggest fan. ????

Our adoption fee is $150.00 for dogs, $75 for kittens under 6 months of age and $50 for all cats 6 months and older. This will include a rabies vaccination (if age appropriate), spay or neuter, a microchip with registration, and all other age appropriate vaccinations.

We are the all admittance shelter in Johnson County, we are not a 501c3, but a county run facility. We try our best to place each and every animal. We also house all animals picked up by Animal Control therefore; we intake a high volume of animals each year.
