How this pet arrived:
Bolt was one of the special dogs transferred from the Pasadena shelter to make room for animals displaced by the fires.
Why Bolt might be the one for you:
Oh, what stories Bolt could tell about his transfer to our shelter. But, Bolt just wants a home with people who will love and care for him. He has had enough excitement in his life. We hope you understand that he might be a little skittish at first. We would be too if we had just come out of a fire zone. He will be best in a quiet home with patient humans who will let him come around on his time. Loud noises and chaos are not for this guy - maybe someday but not now. Look at his naturally smiling face. It will not take long before he has his mojo back. Do you want to be part of this special guys transformation from fire rescue to a cuddle bug next to you watching the tele? If so, come to our shelter and ask for Bolt, the transfer from Pasadena, who has the shiniest black nose and beautiful blondish white coloring. He is waiting.
At SDHS:
Bolt has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and is now ready for their new home!
