My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Goose, a 5-year-old pit bull with a heart as big as her adorable grin! This sweet girl is the ultimate companion—loyal, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure. Whether it’s joining you for car rides, snuggling on the couch, or simply being your shadow, Goose lives to make her humans happy.

Rescued from a kill shelter, Goose is searching for her happily ever after. She dreams of a forever home where she can be the one and only pet, soaking up all the love and attention she deserves. She’s potty trained, spayed, and fully vaccinated, making her transition into your life seamless and stress-free.

Goose does have a touch of separation anxiety, but her eagerness to please and deep love for people make her a perfect fit for someone who can give her the time and care she craves.

If you’re looking for a loving, devoted companion who will fill your days with joy and your heart with unconditional love, Goose is your girl! Follow her journey and see more adorable photos on Instagram at @adoptgooseAZ.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

At Valley Dogs we make every effort to place the right animal in the right home. To aid in this goal, we use trained Adoption Consultants to help you select the best match for your lifestyle. You will meet with an Adoption Consultant and discuss your lifestyle, activity level, expectations, likes/dislikes, and past experiences with animals. Your consultant will then recommend the best match for your family and your lifestyle.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We do not own a kennel / shelter type facility. In most cases, we believe one of the effective and successful ways to match families and pets is to foster them in our own homes. Fostering dogs allows us to help train the dogs to have good doggie manners and allows us to learn about the dog's personality and character. Ultimately allowing us to give potential adopters complete information on the pet's behavior and how well he / she will fit with a family and lifestyle. Unfortunately, when we are not able to find the most appropriate foster home, we will on occasion utilize a private kennel on a case by case basis.
