My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anthony is an absolute sweetheart! He plays hard, and naps harder. He enjoys playing with his brother and sisters and running around the yard with his larger dog friends. He's going to be a big boy, with gorgeous eyes that will melt your heart.

His ideal family would be one that understands he's a very young puppy, and willing to train and teach him the basics. He would do best in a home with older children (7+) or children who've been around puppies before and know that they are a little rough and tumble being so young.  He would love to have another 4 legged friend to hang out with, one that has energy to match his :).

He loves soft treats, and is on both canned and hard puppy food.  His mama is a goldendoodle and we were told dad is also a doodle. He will be a large dog when full grown.

He will make the perfect addition to his furever family.

Anthony’s mom, Mollie, came into rescue back in October when PPAR got a call to help her. Her family let her run outside and a neighboring farmer had already shot her once. Her family could not longer properly care for her and they were worried for her safety. So, we picked her up in Missouri and brought her back to NJ. As suspected, she as pregnant. She had her pups in a wonderful foster home and will now be spayed and find her own furever family.

Anthony is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and had a wellness exam. He is available for adoption in NJ or eastern PA and a neuter deposit is required.  He’s being fostered in Glassboro NJ.

Go meet their pets

Our rescues are with fosters on the east coast. The location in which the foster resides should be listed with each profile.

We are setting up some adoption events now, but are free for private meet and greets if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets!

More about this rescue

We have a passion for senior animals. To be able to save an animal from dying alone in a shelter, to give it a chance to live out its last days/months/years in a home with the proper care and love it deserves, instead of a cold shelter, is what drives us to keep going.

We obviously have financial needs that come with rescuing senior dogs, so we will be rescuing puppies and younger dogs as well so we are able to care for our seniors.
