My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Cookie, a Terrier mix who came to ARC as part of a group of 7, from LaBelle Animal Control. She is cute as a button, and though a little shy at first, once she gets to know you, Cookie is the sweetest pup. She loves to cuddle up and definitely enjoys her treats and gives the best nose kisses. If you have the patience to let her blossom, she will be your best friend.

Why not complete an application and schedule an appointment to meet this perfect pup today?

My ideal home:
I need a young, active family to provide playtime and love.
I'm good with:

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
