Meet Happy, the kitten who truly lives up to her name! This little gray and white bundle of joy was born on July 2, 2024, and though her life started off rough, she’s now ready to bring happiness to her forever home. Although she was very shy at first, Happy is now a sweet kitten with an affectionate nature that will melt your heart. Weighing in at 4 pounds, she’s full of energy and loves playtime, making her a perfect match for kids. She's great with other cats too and will fill your home with warmth and joy.

Happy had the best teacher in her friendly mama cat, who brought her and her siblings to her feeder to ensure a brighter future for them all. Though she’s not really been around dogs, she would probably be fine with slow introductions Happy's loving and lively personality is bound to brighten any household. She’s looking for someone who will love her just as much as her foster has come to care for her. Could that be you?

Submit Application

Everyone MUST submit an application to be considered for adoption

Interview

We will talk to you and your references to get a feel of what you're looking for in a pet and if the particular pet would be a good fit

Home Check

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!

Meet the Pet

A meet and greet will be arranged after you have been approved as an applicant

5.
Pay Fee

We require that an adoption contract is signed by the main owner of the pet

More about this rescue

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.

We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.

Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. Paws Across Pittsburgh strongly believes in Force Free training methods for our animals.
