Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
A25230 Henry is a tan and black colored, approximately 2-year-old, 65-pound, neutered male, German Shepherd mix.
He entered the shelter as an owner surrender on 01-25-2025 due to the fact he is too active for their age and lifestyle.
Henry is a friendly, eager and excited boy here at the shelter. Our staff describes him as well behaved but ready to get out and play. He was easy to leash and will sit to be leashed, if you ask him to. Although, he pulls hard on the leash and will need a strong owner and training. He has had some training and will “sit” and “stay” upon command. He is reactive to other dogs while in his kennel. If they approach aggressive, he will react the same, if they are friendly, he will smell them and act the same. The previous owner says he is house broken but has not lived with any other pets or children. Henry will be a fun-loving family member in his new forever home.
