Cindy Loo is a sweet, gentle, and well-mannered girl who loves nothing more than being close to her people. She was calm, affectionate, and seeks out attention and pets from her handlers.
Cindy Loo knows the command “sit” and takes treats gently. While she’s not interested in playtime just yet, she’s more than happy to spend her days cuddling.
If you’re looking for a loving, you-focused pup who will be a constant source of comfort, Cindy Loo is ready to steal your heart!
Eligible for rescue, foster, and adoption. Meet Cindy Loo at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or email foster@acctphilly.org to express interest in fostering her.

KENNEL PRESENTATION:
Cindy was curled up sleeping on the backside of her kennel. She came to the door with soft eyes and a wagging tail and was very patient for leashing and exited easily.
LEASH SKILLS:
Pulls minimally
HANDLING :
In the room Cindy was so sweet and well mannered! She was very gentle in the room and handler focused, going from handler to handler for attention and pets. She was very affectionate and would lean against us for pets and nudge her head close to us. She took treats gently as well and showed knowledge of sit.
PLAY:
No interest, just wanted cuddles!
TOYS
Interest but no possession
01/26/2025 staff notes: Cindy Loo is SO sweet! She loves to give love and attention❤️😍 as well as accepting love
