Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Location: MD Meet Louie!! Louie is a young boy who is about 12-18 months and it the SWEETEST little guy! He is housebroken, crate trained, knows some basic commands and SO eager to please! He is a huge cuddler who loves to run and play, but has an “off” switch. He calms down nicely and takes naps and plays on his own. He loves chasing a ball and his toys. He has no aggression towards people or other dogs. He gets very excited about new dogs and only wants to play play play. He is a good car rider and loves new places, people and things. Louie is super handsome and is a stumpy tailed blue heeler. He weighs in at about 35-38 lbs. He is absolutely adorable. Louie is up to date on all of his shots and is neutered. He will need more guidance on leash walking and doggie manners, since he is young. He gently puts his paws on you and will gently mouth you to get your attention. He is ready for a furever home that will love him, keep him active and work on becoming the best he can be. He is the best foster pup I’ve ever had and is a true lovebug. Please email me at cr.fiore@gmail.com to arrange a meet and greet. I live in the Maryland area, but under the right circumstances, can potentially arrange an adoption out of state. Louie is being offered up to adoption through Australian Cattle Dog Rescue Association (ACDRA) Please contact cr.fiore@gmail.com. Complete an Application: https://search.app/x6VdVLYHVyXCqR9G7

More about this rescue
We are an all volunteer group that rescues Australian Cattle Dogs. Our dogs reside in foster homes until they are adopted
Every year, thousands of Australian Cattle Dogs find themselves homeless through no fault of their own. Although the reasons are diverse, the result is the same. Healthy, adoptable dogs face euthanasia in shelters.
The Australian Cattle Dog Rescue Association rescues ACDs in shelters from Maine to Georgia and gives these dogs a fresh start with a loving family. Our foster home volunteers welcome the dogs into their homes where they live as members of the family. During the time in foster care, our volunteers determine what kind of forever home will be the right one for each dog.
