My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Genevieve – The Playful and Adorable Adventure Buddy You’ve Been Waiting For!

Genevieve is a stunning, 1-year-old pup who’s ready to bring joy, energy, and maybe just a little bit of mischief to your life! At around 50ish pounds, she has an athletic build and enjoys being active. Her soft, white fur with those gorgeous brown speckles is absolutely irresistible, and don’t even get us started on her magnificent, moo-cow pointy ears that seem to have a life of their own! Add in the striking brown markings around her eyes, and you will fall in love with her sweet face every time you look at her.

Her piercing eyes are like windows into her playful, adventurous soul—this girl is ready for any fun that comes her way. Whether it's a brisk walk, running alongside the bike, a quick car ride for a pup cup, romping in the yard with the other dogs, or an engaging round of puzzle feeders (because she’s got a brain as sharp as her natural eyeliner!), Genevieve is always game for a good time. And did we mention how much she adores fluffy pillows and fleece blankets with some soft tunes on the radio? It’s the one time when she can really relax following months in a cold, noisy shelter.

Genevieve is athletic, energetic, and incredibly smart—she's the perfect companion for anyone who loves the outdoors and wants a dog to keep up with them.

Her flaws? Well...there's a few. We lovingly refer to her shenanigans as moments of menace. The sweet “love nibbles”? Genevieve’s gentle affection sometimes comes with an overexcited pinch. Oops!). You like your shoestrings neatly tied, well she doesn't. She's somehow figured out how to untie your shoes with a quick pull. Her house manners, are in development, so we’re looking for a family who can work with her and continue her training—her sweet nature and eagerness to please will be so rewarding to watch her thrive with solid structure and boundaries.

After everything she’s been through, we’re amazed at how much progress she’s made in foster care. We know Genevieve isn’t perfect, but she is 100% lovable, fun, and always ready to make new memories with you. If you’re looking for a loyal, adventurous, and fun-loving companion who’s ready for a lifetime of adventures, Genevieve might just be the girl for you!
So, are you ready to meet the dog who will steal your heart and make you laugh every day? Apply to adopt Genevieve today—she can’t wait to find her forever family!
