Special consideration may be granted for dogs with medical needs or bonded pairs.
Casey Jones – Fox Red Male X, 1.5 yrs., 80 lbs
Casey’s Second Chance
Casey Jones is a gentle and affectionate boy who loves dogs, toys, and seeks the human connection. Despite being sensitive, he shows zero aggression in all interactions and is eager to trust. With patience and time, Casey will blossom into a confident companion. He needs someone willing to offer a supportive and understanding environment, allowing him to grow at his own pace.
Casey's journey began as a stray, found alongside multiple Labradors and Doodles in a remote Central Valley area. Thanks to collaborative rescue efforts, Casey is now ready for a second chance.
This gentle young boy needs patience, understanding, and a special companion – a 'helper dog' to ease his stress in new environments. Casey's past experiences have left him a bit uncertain, but he's eager to trust and love. Casey is house-trained and sleeps on his dog bed at night.
We're seeking an experienced home with older, dog-savvy children, where Casey can thrive. He's not a damaged dog; he simply needs kindness, time, and guidance to unlock his full potential.
If you're willing to provide a nurturing environment and help Casey blossom, we'd love to hear from you! Please fill out an adoption application at www.labrescuefresno.org
