Approximate Weight: 18 lbs as of 1/28/25; he is underweight and needs to gain
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested if you have them.
Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get his freedom ride up here.
Popeye Jr is Looking For: His forever home! This small cutie didn't have it all that awesome before he got to us; he was quite underweight on arrival. That chapter is firmly closed and he's eagerly looking forward to have his own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up - he hasn't seen nearly enough of the world yet. And snuggles and cuddles. He'd like lots of those. And a name change. He detests spinach and isn't looking for overly developed bicep muscles. Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved and under his own roof. In exchange, he promises adoring gazes and loyal companionship for all his days.
