Meet our local love bug Blair, she is an older puppy who absolutely loves a good cuddle. she is always on the hunt for some new dog friends and is even more keen on making every person she meets love her. Blair is truly a gentle soul who can be caught off guard when things move too fast but she always bounces back with her bright character. she's been a fan of all the new toys she's come to experience and has been a huge fan of all the dogs that like to run around with her! This kid is very adaptable and impressionable so she could go home with just about anyone ready for the puppy excitement! Any one interested in seeing her will get all the attention she has to offer!

Lake Norman Humane utilizes a conversational approach to the adoption process to help find the best match for your household. Please stop in to speak with an adoption counselor Tuesday-Friday between 12:00PM-6:00PM and on Saturday between 12:00PM-4:00PM.

We welcome visitors during our business hours:

Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Please note that the last tours are taken back 30 minutes before closing.

No appointment is needed to stop by during these hours! Upon arrival, you’ll complete a short adopter profile, and our team will pair you with an adoption counselor to help find your perfect match.

We offer same-day adoptions, but if you have a dog at home, we require a meet-and-greet to ensure compatibility.
