Hi, I`m Mathias! I`m a fun mix of energetic and chill, ready to enjoy whatever life has to offer with my favorite people. I absolutely love going on walks and car rides, and I’m always eager to be by your side, whether it’s snuggling up with my foster mom or enjoying a snack of cheese (yum!).
I do have a bit of a thing about other dogs—I tend to bark, lunge, and get pretty worked up when I see them, especially on walks. However, I’m a quick learner and really eager to please, so I think I can be trained to get along with the right doggie friends. I used to bark at my foster cat, but we’ve learned to coexist peacefully. My disposition is overall loving and sweet, so I know I can improve with the right guidance.
When I meet new people, I’m super excited and interested! I love attention and affection, and I’ll happily give you kisses to show how much I care. I’m very affectionate and devoted, always seeking out pets and snuggles.
My perfect family would be one where someone is often home because I don’t like being left alone. I’ve had a couple of surgeries due to bladder stones, so I need a family that’s committed to making sure I get my special food to keep those stones from coming back. If you`re looking for a loving, loyal companion who`s always ready to share his affection, I’d love to be part of your family!
