My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Charlie, the latest in a long line of legendary Charlies - and he’s ready to carry on the tradition of greatness! This charming tabby is here to prove that every cat named Charlie is destined to be unforgettable, just like his cat friend Charlie Powers.

With his striking stripes and warm, affectionate personality, Charlie is the perfect mix of playful and sweet. He’s the kind of cat who will greet you at the door, keep you company during quiet nights, and occasionally remind you (with a little mischief) why Charlies are known for their spirited nature.

Charlie is ready to write his own chapter in the history of great Charlies - could it be with you? Come meet this tabby treasure and see why every home needs a Charlie to make it complete!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
