My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Heinz and I'm a young husky / shepherd mix. I was found as a stray and unfortunately I wasn't able to find my way back to my family. So now I'm here at Heal Animal Rescue waiting for a new family to adopt me and love me forever!

Since being at Heal I have been to the vet for an exam, vaccinations, and microchip and I have also been neutered. The vet is guessing I'm around 8 months old.

I'm a very friendly boy, who only wants one thing. To be loved.

Please consider opening your heart to the love of a handsome boy like me! I promise that in return I will love you unconditionally for the rest of my life!

Stop by Heal Animal Rescue and spend some time getting to know me! I'll be excited to meet you!!!

More about this shelter

The Animal Friends of Westmoreland is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless, abandoned and abused dogs and cats. It depends on donations, sponsorships and other tangible support from local residents and businesses.

Our vision is a self sustaining, no-kill shelter which will house the animals until they find their forever home. Additionally, it is our goal to breed awareness, stimulate education and inspire the public to become animal advocates.

The Animal Friends of Westmoreland is a voice for those that cannot speak. Join us in speaking for those that need us most . . . the animals.
