My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Snowman, despite his shy demeanor, Snowman has an independent spirit that shines through. His independence doesn't mean he's a loner, though. He harmoniously coexists with other cats, exhibiting an understanding nature. However, Snowman requires a touch of patience, as his reserved personality may take time to warm up. He enjoys peaceful moments, finding comfort in quiet corners of the house, and he appreciates having his own space. He's not one for high-energy environments, so a home without small children would suit him best. Come meet Snowman or apply at ghhs.org.

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
