My name is Hama!

Meet Hama!

Hama is a 4-to-5-month-old neutered male mix with a sleek black coat. He’s one of the adorable pups born after Mango and Papaya, rescued from a hoarder’s home.

This little guy is a social butterfly! Hama adores people—he’ll happily approach strangers, nuzzle up, and let them pet him without hesitation. He loves playing and doesn’t discriminate—men, women, everyone’s a friend in his book. When it comes to other dogs, Hama’s just as outgoing. He eagerly greets and follows them around, inviting them to play. Whether it’s big dogs, small dogs, energetic pups, or even grumpy ones, Hama gets along with everyone, never causing a fuss.

While we haven’t tested his response to cats yet, he seems like he’d adapt well if given the chance. He doesn’t react strongly to moving objects when he’s outside, which is promising. Hama has an average energy level—he enjoys outdoor activities but settles down quietly once playtime is over.

At the moment, he’s still getting used to the great outdoors and can feel a bit nervous on walks. If you pull the leash too much, he might freeze up, but give him a little patience, and he’ll soon follow along happily. Hama is a well-mannered pup when it comes to food—he doesn’t guard it from people or other dogs. While he may bark when strangers come to the house, he quickly settles down. He’s mostly trained to go potty outside but will use a pad indoors if needed.

Hama is kennel-trained, calm in his crate, and equally lively when playing with people or dogs. This sweet, affectionate boy is ready to bring lots of love and joy to his forever home!
