Thea is a gorgeous mixed breed pup (estimated DOB 5/10/24), weighing in at just 47 pounds. What she lacks in size, she makes up for in personality—this sweet and playful girl is full of charm. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she warms up, her goofy, bouncy nature shines through. Whether she's romping around with other dogs or enjoying a good snack, Thea embraces life with enthusiasm.

This easygoing pup keeps a clean kennel, is quiet, and has a love for the simple joys in life—especially snow! Watching her play in the fluffy white stuff is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. She’s a typical young dog with a heart full of love, ready to find a family who will cherish her playful spirit and gentle nature. If you’re looking for a sweet and fun-loving companion, Thea might just be the perfect match.

Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

Wish Bone Canine Rescue rehabilitates and re-homes dogs. We are a not-for-profit, no-kill organization located in Central Illinois, whose primary focus is to find responsible, loving and permanent homes for the surrendered, abandoned, neglected or abused dogs from within our community. We do not discriminate based on a dog’s breed, age or health . We are a foster home based rescue; however, we also have a facility where dogs are cared for until foster placement or adoption.
