My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ice was born on January 8, 2025, and is one of the eight puppies in the Winter litter. As a mixed-breed pup, he is expected to be medium-large in size when fully grown. Ice is a typical young pup who will need guidance, training, and plenty of love as he grows. Ice is deaf, but that doesn’t hold him back—he’s just as eager to learn, play, and snuggle as any other pup. With patience and positive reinforcement, he will thrive and form a deep bond with his new family. His playful spirit and loving nature will make him a great companion for the right home! His minimum adoption fee is $250.

He will be neutered prior to adoption, has been microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

We are a not-for-profit, no-kill organization located in Central Illinois, whose primary focus is to find responsible, loving and permanent homes for the surrendered, abandoned, neglected or abused dogs from within our community. We do not discriminate based on a dog’s breed, age or health . We are a foster home based rescue; however, we also have a facility where dogs are cared for until foster placement or adoption.
