Meet Yoda! If you're looking for a very sweet friend who unconditionally adores you, then Yoda is your guy. He loves giving you cuddles on the couch or peacefully hanging out with your other pups in the home. Have a cat? No problem! He'll give them the occasional gentle sniff but will otherwise leave them alone to do their quirky cat things. He may be a young guy at only 3 years old, but he's as chill as a little couch potato. Speaking of little, he's a low-rider weighing in at a mere 36 lbs. Despite his short king status he's eager to offer up cuddles and sweet gentle corn-cob-nibbles to everyone he meets. While he's most likely asking for your affection when he looks up at you with his big loving eyes, it's possible that he's asking for his eye drops which he takes daily like a champ. He's great with handling his business outside and masterfully uses a doggy door.

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
