Meet Aegislash (aka Slash)!

Looking for a dashing sidekick with the soul of a knight and the sass of a stand-up comic? Meet Aegislash—though his friends call him Slash. This sweet, medium-long-haired heartthrob has a snowy white coat with stylish gray tabby spots and a flair for dramatic entrances (especially when you’re on Zoom).

Slash is the chattiest of his Pokémon crew and isn’t shy about asking the big questions:
“Where’s my food?”
“Did you see that tail swish?”
“Can we play now? How about now?”

He’s a confident little showman—until he suddenly realizes he’s alone. That’s when Slash drops the bravado, starts meowing, and goes on a mission to find his people or a feline friend. This snuggly boy thrives on company and affection, and he’ll be your shadow throughout the day—curled at your feet, in your lap, or just nearby soaking up the sunshine like the drama king he is.

Slash's Signature Moves:

Playful, goofy, and endlessly endearing, Slash is eager to love and be loved. He’s been socialized with men, women, older kids, and other cats. While he hasn’t met dogs yet, his foster family thinks he’d do well with a gentle, cat-friendly pup. He’ll also thrive in a home with kind, respectful children.

Slash must be adopted into a home with another cat—whether it’s one of his Pokémon littermates (collect the whole crew!) or a friendly feline already ruling the roost. He simply needs a buddy to pal around with, snuggle, and help him stay brave.

Now the fun part, bring a cat carrier in case you decide to take you cat home!

Sign Adoption Contract

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

5.
Pay Fee

Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
