Hi there! My name is Molly, and I’m a 12-year-old Basset Hound with a love for the simple things in life. Weighing in at a sturdy 75 pounds, I’m a low-to-the-ground lady with a big heart and lots of love to give. My coat is a beautiful mix of brown and white, and my soulful eyes are sure to melt your heart. At my age, I’ve earned the right to enjoy the finer things, like snuggling up with my favorite humans and soaking up some sun in the yard. I’m happiest when I’m in the same room as you, whether you’re watching TV, working on the computer, or cooking in the kitchen—my favorite place to lounge! I also adore gentle scratches, short walks around the neighborhood, and wandering around the yard to take in all the wonderful smells. I do have a touch of anxiety, but I take medication to help me feel my best. Because of this, I need to be the only animal in the house. It’s important to me to know my food is safe and won’t be eaten by anyone else. As an older dog, I also have some arthritis, which is managed with medication. I might need a little help getting into the car, but I’d really prefer to stay at home, exploring the yard or relaxing in a sunny spot. I’m very quiet at home and rarely bark. While I’m friendly and loving, I do prefer a home without children. They’re sweet, but their energy and enthusiasm can be a bit overwhelming for an old gal like me. I’m looking for a calm and patient family who will appreciate my laid-back personality and let me take life at my own pace. I’m already spayed and up-to-date on all my vaccines, so I’m ready to start my next chapter with you. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will always be by your side, then I’m your girl! Let’s snuggle and enjoy the simple joys of life together.

I do love turkey though :) I am Wishbone, and I am a bull terrier/beagle mixed boy with a story to tell! I am so smart like a bull terrier- somewhat stubborn, like a bull terrier, but I follow my NOSE like a beagle! I am super cute, only about 40# and I am pretty active. I love to have a hard playing buddy, no small animals (like kitties) as I have a prey drive- like a bull terrier.. you see where I am going with this, right?? I would love have an active family, kids older than grade school as I love a moving target and smaller ones don't quite understand that. I am a love bug, and once tired out I am the bestest cuddler! Well, I guess there are people out there who do not value our lives and who do things like that... BUT there are AMAZING people out there who SAVE unfortunate souls like mine too! So it somewhat balances out the equation. So, my name is NOEL and I am a beagle mixed pup who is active and smart and playful and HAPPY! I am all fixed up and ready for my FUREVER family!! And maybe that is YOU? I require an ACTIVE and loving family, kids would be great and another active dog?? I am a very medium sized girl, Beagley mixed girl who will make your life complete!! I have the beagle energy level- GO GO GO!!! And SNIFF, SNIFF, SNIFF!! And will sleep in my crate. I do bark on occasion to get your attention but I am not a continuous barker, so you can definitely get your sleep at night too! Say hello to Calvin! Mr. Calvin here might be the Calvin to your Hobbes, he's so sweet! Calvin was given up by his finder to our rescue recently but he's in good hands. He instantly warmed up and got along with everyone here as soon as we got him. Calvin is a Beagle mix, he's a bit of a bigger boy with his stubby legs- kind of like a super solid beagle but isn't short. Calvin loves getting attention, he'll bump you with his head so you notice and pay attention to him! He'll need a bit of leash work but is very eager to get to work! That is what people notice most about Calvin, is his eagerness. He will need slow introductions to other people and animals as he can warm up to others slowly sometimes. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
