Hello all you fantastic people out there, let me introduce myself. My name is Lyla and I'm here hoping to adopt me a family...one that I can say will be all mine! And I'm really hoping since you're reading this, you are considering adding ME to be part of your family!! I am about a year old and come in at around 34lbs. What a pawsomely perfect medium size to fill your life and home with pure happiness!! Just one look from this adorable face will have you start your day smiling! I have a very sweet loving temperament that does well with people both tall and small and the other foster pups here. Although I haven't had the pleasure yet of meeting any of those strange creatures y'all call a cat. I am housetrained already, making it easy for us to get right to the fun stuff...right away. I'd love to share all your adventures from the mundane daily to the weekend exciting. I love getting pets, going for strolls, hiking nature trails and I would love to be your co-pilot for errand runs to ensure you get to where you're going. Hi there! My name is Molly, and I’m a 12-year-old Basset Hound with a love for the simple things in life. Weighing in at a sturdy 75 pounds, I’m a low-to-the-ground lady with a big heart and lots of love to give. My coat is a beautiful mix of brown and white, and my soulful eyes are sure to melt your heart. At my age, I’ve earned the right to enjoy the finer things, like snuggling up with my favorite humans and soaking up some sun in the yard. I’m happiest when I’m in the same room as you, whether you’re watching TV, working on the computer, or cooking in the kitchen—my favorite place to lounge! I also adore gentle scratches, short walks around the neighborhood, and wandering around the yard to take in all the wonderful smells. I do have a touch of anxiety, but I take medication to help me feel my best. Because of this, I need to be the only animal in the house. It’s important to me to know my food is safe and won’t be eaten by anyone else. As an older dog, I also have some arthritis, which is managed with medication. I might need a little help getting into the car, but I’d really prefer to stay at home, exploring the yard or relaxing in a sunny spot. I’m very quiet at home and rarely bark. While I’m friendly and loving, I do prefer a home without children. They’re sweet, but their energy and enthusiasm can be a bit overwhelming for an old gal like me. I’m looking for a calm and patient family who will appreciate my laid-back personality and let me take life at my own pace. I’m already spayed and up-to-date on all my vaccines, so I’m ready to start my next chapter with you. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will always be by your side, then I’m your girl! Let’s snuggle and enjoy the simple joys of life together.
