🐾Dasher has been working with our friends at Perfect Pet. 🐾He is a very friendly boy who knows his basic obedience commands like walking nicely on a leash, sit, down, come, and place. He is muzzle trained. Dasher would prefer a home by himself but would be okay to go to a home with a calm housemate through proper introduction and structured playtimes. Pushy or ill mannered dogs are a big trigger for him. He does great with people and loves to give snuggles and kisses as well as going for joy rides in the car. When he’s outside he loves to play ball, go on walks and run. When he’s inside he loves to lounge on the couch ready to cuddle. Dasher’s not a big barker either and keeps quiet most of the time. His new owners will need to be willing to put time into continuing his training and learning the commands he knows. Perfect Pet will do free lessons with his adoptive owners so you can learn everything this smart boy knows!Dasher would prefer a fenced in yard and a big comfy couch to lounge. ❤️He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Story
Rascal and his 5 litter mates were found in a box, down in a ditch, full of ticks. A Good Samaritan found them and brought them to the shelter. There they were cleaned, fed, put up for adoption. We went to see them and fell in love with the three that were remaining and decided to take them all! Two of them ended up being short, average temperament dogs, while Rascal is taller, and very hyper. He needs a yard to run in and someone who can provide him with training. Things that we cannot provide him with. And though he is good with his litter mates, he does not like other dogs and is aggressive with them, though with training he might be fine. He has been raised around young kids (4 and up) and is great with them. The only bad thing is he likes to jump up on everyone. He also has been raised with cats. He will chase them if they run, but just sniffs them when they stop running, never hurts them in any way. He’s a very lovable dog, loves to cuddle and give kisses.
