Story
Stella is a fun and energetic dog who is about 5 years old. She is a skilled toy catcher and loves to play fetch. She was a young stray who was adopted by my father, who recently passed away. About a month later, she gave birth to 9 beautiful puppies. Unfortunately, Stella doesn’t get along with my big dog and we fear for both of their safety. She gets along with small dogs, but she can be possessive of toys and food so she will likely get annoyed with another pet that comes near her things. For hers and the other dogs’ safety, we think she should be adopted into another home, preferably without any other dogs. With my father, she lived with 3 small dogs and 1 big dog (the father of her puppies), and had no issues other than a bit of jealousy when they got attention. I would love to keep this beautiful girl, but she deserves to be in a home where she can be safe and not have the risk of a fight. Please note, she gave birth less than 6 weeks ago, and she has not gotten spayed yet.

These pups are in Albuquerque, New Mexico too!

Yep, I’m a noodle! Well, actually I’m an active, youngish, girl dog, but I think I might be able to make music in your life. Maybe you don’t know, but the verb “noodle,” or “noodling,” means improvising or playing music in a casual manner. That’s me! It’s not like I’ll always be improvisational or casual. Love and devotion are serious matters, after all, and that’s what my song will say as we play, as I train, and as we home forever together: Music transcends time. Yes, ramen is a fairly quick noodle to cook, but quickness in that regard only means I’ll be a quick learner and even quicker to love! So, let’s noodle! What beautiful music we can make together! A team member says, "Ramen did great meeting some children recently. She gave gentle kisses, didn't jump at all and took toys gently." Another team member says, "Ramen is a real sweetheart. She's easy to walk, and she loves going to the park to play fetch while you pet her in between throws."

I’m a very sweet and gentle guy. I’m not at all aggressive and just love people including kids. I walk well on leash and would love to take strolls with you and anyone in your family. I’m always up for pets and a nice big ole snuggle. I’m the perfect mix of playful and relaxed. I’m not just a dog, I’m your new best friend, hiking partner, and loyal sidekick! I’ve got it all: intelligence, energy, and a heart overflowing with love. I’m the perfect size for life’s big adventures and quiet moments of connection. If you’re looking for a loving and loyal best buddy, I might be the perfect match for you.

Story
Don't let the soft grey muzzle on this beautiful sweet girl fool you! Valentine is young at heart and eager to please. She knows how to sit and loves treats. She adores humans but would need to be the only dog in the home. Valentine is a curious girl and loves to explore her environment, but will return to you every few minutes to rest her head in your lap to let you know how much she appreciates the time you are spending with her. Come and meet her! A team member adds, "I spent time with this unusually handsome girl in her room. She is REALLY friendly -- she came right up to me. She is calm with a nice energy level. She enjoyed getting scratches and rubs. She knows shake and will perform it for you as soon as she sees a treat. Another team member says, "Valentine is such a good girl. She's easy to harness and leash, and she's a great walking buddy. We went to the park, and she enjoyed getting a few zoomies out and was brave enough to try the agility ramp all on her own. She checked back in with me frequently for pets and sat like a perfect lady for treats."
