Spots is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the cities listed at the bottom. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Spots is a female mixed breed, possibly Great Pyrenees and Springer Spaniel and she is around 1 year old. -Showed up at a woman's house as a stray -Very friendly but is hand shy. When you go to pet her head, she ducks out of the way. We assume she has dealt with someone who was not nice to her. She gladly lets you pet her back and shoulders and is better with having her head petted after a few minutes. -Her tail wags the entire time you are with her; she's a happy girl. -Walks well on a leash. -63 pounds at time of spay. -Gets along with other dogs -We think she would get along with kids. ntroducing Sanggeun, our lovable furry friend! This charming pup is a people-person through and through-ready to soak up all the pets and attention from anyone, including strangers! However, when it comes to little ones, sudden movements and loud noises can startle him a bit. If children are calm and gentle, he's happy to hang out. Although he's not a fan of being carried or lifted up, he's a big fan of canine companions, especially smaller or similar-sized dogs. He's a true protector, but only when needed-stepping up if other dogs are too rowdy or aggressive. Birds? Squirrels? They definitely catch his eye during walks, but with a bit of leash training, he's working on his focus. In terms of energy, he's got the perfect balance-loving outdoor adventures but a total zen master indoors. While he might tug a little on walks, once he settles, he's an excellent leash follower. Busy streets can be overwhelming, so quieter spots are more his style. No guarding resources from people, but he might issue a gentle growl if other dogs get too close. When it's time to travel, he prefers a cozy crate in the car-helping ease those nerves and avoiding any car sickness. One thing's for sure-he's a potty pro outdoors only! She is good with other dogs and will need some more leash work. She would be great with someone that knows the breed and loves it. She should have the natural tendencies of this breed. She had puppies and we adopted them out. We also adopted out the larger male that was found with her as a stray. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older.
