My name is Kronos and I am a 2 1/2 year-old black nose/mountain Curr male. I’m a very friendly and happy-go-lucky guy when I’m comfortable in my surroundings. I have a great time playing with other dogs in the doggie park. I am a lovable and affectionate dog to my people and protective of them as well. I love their love and affection, I love going out on walks and being involved in outside activities. I’m a little overweight, so I need to get a lot more outside activity into my schedule. My dad just doesn’t have the time anymore to give me the activity and time that I need. I love to go on car rides because I am timid, meeting new people I am best with a dog experienced individual. She willingly goes into her crate when she hears the word "Kennel"—especially since she knows a little kibble is on its way! She's doing well with outdoor potty training and is 95% reliable with using cloth potty pads inside her puppy area. He has the typical energy of a puppy but quickly settles down for cuddles or naps. Antonio gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playing with them in his foster home. He has also spent time with children (K-5th grade) and did wonderfully with all of them. While he might occasionally be a bit mouthy, he's easily redirected with a bone, chew toy, or a firm 'OUCH!'Antonio is crate trained and sleeps peacefully from 9 PM to 7 AM. He eats in his crate and eagerly runs to it when he hears the word 'kennel,' anticipating a few pieces of kibble. He's still working on potty training—he knows to go outside from his crate and understands the command 'Go Potty,' but he doesn't yet alert when he needs to go while playing, so he should be taken out every hour or two. When indoors, he uses cloth potty pads fairly well. Antonio is also progressing well with leash training. He is a perfect little pup who can't wait to find his forever people. Sweet Jasper is a neutered reddish tan Southern Black Mouth Cur mix who is about two years old. This handsome guy is a wonderful dog with a really loving personality. He wandered up onto his foster parents’ property and was so easy to have around that they decided to foster him. He gets along great with other dogs. His foster brother is a 100 lb lab, and they provide constant entertainment as they wrestle and play. Jasper has also met neighbor dogs and has gotten along well with them. He loves to snuggle on the couch and lay with his head on his foster Mom’s lap. Jasper has not gone to the bathroom inside, he waits to go outside, so we believe he is house trained. He walks on a leash, listens and wants to learn. Jasper is being brought up to date on all health care and will be neutered when he finds his home. He is under 35 lbs, shorter than a full bred Cur, and doesn’t bark much in the house. Jasper is a gentleman who is a joy to live with and will easily fit into his loving forever home. $75 adoption fee. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application.
