This friendly, smart, and affectionate girl was a volunteer favorite with her awesome personality. She's dog and cat friendly! Sokka's NJ foster mom says she's a love bug who gives the best hugs to everyone she meets! She loves to snuggle and cuddle with her people. Sokka is a calm and quiet girl who loves her toys. She's house trained but is currently working on her leash walking so a house with a fenced yard would be best. Sokka is fixed, up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. She tested positive for heartworm and is currently going through treatment. Heartworm treatment includes 30 days of antibiotics and 2 visits to Barnegat Animal Clinic for injections of the medication that will kill the worms followed by 30 days of restricted activity. Jack is neutered, up to date on core vaccinations (age appropriate) and is microchipped. Jack is good with people of all ages, other dogs and he loves cats! This handsome boy had known nothing but cruelty his entire short life until the day he was thrown in a dumpster and left to die. Fortunately, someone heard Jack's cries and rescued him from that dumpster. And now Jack's sweet revenge will be a fabulous life that will be much happier than that of his abuser. Jack is spunky, smart, eager to learn, and treat-motivated. He is also outgoing, confident and adorable. ARRIVING IN THE NORTHEAST ON SATURDAY MARCH 15! adoption donation : $699 weight 34 lbs Age 5 months as of 3/24 Sweet Schatzi and her three sisters, Eva, Gretel and Freya, were left in the driveway at the Wags rescue in Mississippi, an all too common occurrence. The puppies have been having a grand time playing together and snuggling in a puppy pile to nap. They have all been spayed and given their vaccines and are ready for loving homes. All of the girls are around 35 pounds, they were born in late October. They are friendly and loving and will make great family dogs. Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. Meet GROVER! Grover is 9 months and 45 lbs. We don't think he's going to get much bigger! We think he's a Black Mouth Cur / Lab mix. Grover is super duper friendly and enjoys playtime with other dogs, like his friend Cookie (also up for adoption with us!). Grover He really enjoys his exercise and is medium to high energy. He would be great with someone who walks a lot or goes hiking! He's also great on a leash. He is ALWAYS HAPPY! He would love nothing more than to hang with you and is very affectionate.
