Found wandering at a gas station in San Antonio, Texas with a rope tied around his neck creating an open wound in October 2024. Buddy is a sweet puppy who gets excited when he hears his name. He's a lover who wants to love on everyone he meets. He wants to please and knows "no." Good with dogs but matches energy and behavior so not the best with ill behaved dogs. Crate trained.
