I found this buddy in the target parking lot, hence his name. We got him neutered because I have a female cat, but i’m unsure if he has had any shots. He’s a sweet baby that will give you literal hugs, but we are moving in a few months and our lease doesn’t allow more than one cat:/ He’s very timid but will come around to new people fairly quickly.
