EASY-GOING LOVEBUG DOB 9/1/21 Howdy everyone! I’m Indy, a handsome, easy-going black DSH/ Bombay mix dude with a sleek, shiny patent-leather coat and big, copper-penny eyes. It took me a while to learn that being petted, chin scratches, and lap time with my foster dad might just be a good thing. My momma Luna led the way, so I started curling up on my foster dad’s warm chest for a quick power nap and discovered that it was pretty delightful. My favorite pastimes include following my foster dad into the bathroom (Bombay mixes can be very dog-like), looking handsome, and watching the world go by as I bask in a patch of sunshine on a windowsill. My favorite likes are dry food, toys with tassels, and warm beds. Arrange to meet me today. Find out if YOUR chest could be my next napping station! https://photos.app.goo.gl/9LhdD26NmAhzMUtGA HOPE ID 21-1204-C089 If you are interested in Indy and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application, email us at hope@homelesspets.net and a volunteer will get back to you.

SNUGGLY SIESTA KING  DOB 4/15/23 If you think the actor Tom Sandoval looks like a hunk dressed in black, you should see me! Meow! Meow, everyone! I’m Tom Sandoval’s namesake, an affectionate, saucy, friendly black DSH/ Bombay mix kitten with a sleek, shiny coat. I can be quite the snuggly Siesta King who loves to curl up in bed with either Foster Meowmy or my sister Maddox, with whom I'm very bonded. I soak up any attention that Foster Meowmy gives me, especially when she’s dispensing Temptation treats. I’m a playful guy who loves to play soccer with toy mice as well as engage with iPad games. And of course I love to tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my three sisters, Maddox, Lala, and Katie. I can also entertain myself by scaling the cat tower and playing with its dangling toys. When my Foster Meowmy was walking on her driveway one day, she spotted my feral momma and my litter of four under the house of her next door neighbor. She trapped, spayed, and released Momma but brought us kittens inside to socialize us. We fit in beautifully with her other pets, and now that we're ready to be adopted, she promises to find us all fantastic homes. If you’re looking for a handsome, gentle, easy-going fella who gets along with other cats and small dogs, arrange to meet me! Consider adopting me with one of my sisters so we can keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation. VELCRO KITTEN WHO LOVES TO STICK CLOSE TO HER HOOMAN  DOB 9/15/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Taco, a friendly, cuddly, and affectionate Bombay mix gal who loves for Foster Meowmy to kiss my face. That’s when I emit the softest meow ever to show my approval. I’ve got sleek, shiny fur that looks like black patent-leather. I was only five weeks old when my two siblings and I were rescued from a filthy hoarding situation in the Heights. The lady became ill, and the neighbors jumped in and removed twenty adult cats and three litters of kittens. Tux, Stormy, and I were jubilant that Foster Meowmy spoke up for us because she brought us to a nice, clean, healthy foster home where we could tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle like kittens are supposed to do. Now I’m ready to embark on the adventure of finding my forever home. Could that be with you? If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving, and playful Velcro kitty who likes to stick close to you, I’m the gal for you. Arrange to meet me today! Although we’re available separately, consider adopting me with one of my siblings. We could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. HOPE ID 24-1012-S084 If you are interested in Taco and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . DEMANDS ENDLESS HOURS OF LOVING ATTENTION  DOB 1/11/23 Hey everyone! I’m Tomm, a very quiet, calm, and handsome – if I do say so myself – 12-pound Bombay mix fella with a sleek, shiny black patent-leather coat and big golden-globe eyes. I’m one of those Velcro boys who loves to stick close to Foster Meowmy where I can demand endless hours of gentle stroking and loving ear-scritches. My brothers Jerry, Jax, and I, a.k.a. #3-mousketeers, were less than a year old when we showed up as homeless strays in Foster Meowmy’s neighborhood. Initially she trapped, neutered, and released us. After about a year of feeding us, when her last foster kitten had been adopted, she decided that, with a little time and patience, we’d make wonderful indoor companion pets. It did take a while for her to earn my trust, but once she did (thanks to treat rewards!), I’m now all hers!! Boy howdy! With 20-20 hindsight, I much prefer brimming food/ water bowls and climate-controlled indoor life. My foster home is like an oasis from battling Houston’s derechos, hurricanes, and winter storms. The hardscrabble outdoor life is for the birds! I have some catching-up to do as a young adult fella because playing with toys is an all-new adventure for me! But I’ll get there! Could you be the next person who snakes the wand-toy around the room for me to chase or waves it over my head to lunge at? Or perhaps you have a tower of balls to enrapture me? Catnip mice and crinkle balls for me to display my talents as a soccer striker? Then I’m the man for you! Although we’re available separately, please consider adopting me with Jax. He’s shy and initially fearful, but, as his BFF, I help make him feel safe. Arrange to meet me (and Jax, for that matter!) today! I can’t wait to meet you! HOPE ID 25-0110-M011 If you are interested in Tomm and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php .
