Story
Porter is a handsome fella who may have some border collie in his bloodline. It was reported to us by a previous owner that he had separation anxiety when left alone in a house. He has done well with some dogs at the sanctuary, but not all. We would not recommend that he live with a cat. He has been friendly to every person he meets and has a relaxed personality.

Story
Hey there! I'm Bandit, some people in One Love may refer to me as "Apollo Creed" as that was my original name when I was first with this nice group about 4 years ago! I was adopted as a puppy but unfortunately those humans didn't understand how big I was going to really get so I ended up back in my foster home in August. I am a Great Pyrenees mix so I'm a big (about 85 lbs!) and strong boy! I have a few dog friends at my foster home, but sometimes I have to go in a time out bc I get some overly excited and forget I can hurt smaller pups! I don't mean too I just want to play! I can be nervous around people so I prefer quieter environment's and to have my own space. I'm not really a fan of young kids and prefer to be with the adults! I really would love a lot of land to wander or someone who is super active. I live on some property now and I follow my foster dad around and help him do yard work and I love it! My ancestors were considered working dogs and I like to follow in their footsteps! I also can be very vocal, it's also a trait of my breed. My breed is pretty special so I would love it if you read up on all of my nreeds funny quirks to make sure I'm the right pup for you! I do need reassurance at times and am afraid you aren't going to come back, but after some time I will trust you. At my foster home I have my own room I stay in and play with my toys while my foster parents are at work all day. I'm not too sure about a crate unless it was really really big! I ride in a car well and am always up for an adventure! I really love it at my foster home but I am ready for my new family!! Oh and don't worry I am 100% housetrained! I hope to meet some of you soon!!Submit applications online at: https://oneloveanimalrescue.com/pre-adoption-application

Story
Jackson came into my life as I was transitioning out of the military. We´ve spent the last five years together, and he has been with me through a lot of ups and downs in life. Recently me and my girlfriend decided to move in together, and we plan on having kids soon. Jackson is a great dog he can just be a little too aggressive when he gets excited. He also can be very territorial when it comes to new visitors entering his space. Me and my girlfriend both work long hours and it has been very hard trying to find the time to train him, and give him the attention he needs.

Story
This handsome boy is Ghost.  He has been in a home for almost 6 years and has been recently returned  to us because he was escaping through a broken fence.  He hasn't done anything wrong to deserve this and is trying to adjust. He is very sad at the rescue and would love to be back in a home of his own with a yard.  Ghost has alot of energy and loves to go for walks.  Please visit hfhelpnokillrescue.com to complete an application for Ghost.    ##202492##
