Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Felicia has come out of her shell so much in the few months she has been in foster! She is more curious friendly and confident. She met Santa, and  has been attending adoption events with her. In her foster home she  & her sister Rayla are a joy to watch playing in the yard and being goofy and enjoying their freedom. Inside they play gently together when they aren't curled up together taking a nap.  Rayla and Felicia are looking for their forever home(s)! They may do well separately, we are working with them on that, but if you have space for 2.. they will bring the entertainment! They are both medium/smaller in size 25-30 lbs each, crate trained, house trained and spayed.  Rayla and Felicia were pulled from a high kill shelter 11/9/24 they were believed to be feral, but thankfully a volunteer was able to get them out of their kennel and get a few good videos showing how sweet, playful but scared they were.  Please let us know if you have any questions on Felicia, or if you are considering adoption - Please complete the link below! https://LastChancePetRescueInc.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=7215Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 10, 2025, 9:24 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Like a lot of us.. public places, are stressful and anxiety inducing for Rayla. She doesn't show well (or at all if she's hiding under a chair) at adoption events, and she can be timid and fearful with men. However, once she's back in her comfort zone her alter ego comes out and she is a completely different dog. If you had a chandelier and she could reach it.. she'd be swinging from it... ok, that's an exaggeration, but she does make sure to show you how much she appreciates you by full body wags, and presenting you with her belly to rub, you're welcome. She's one of those dogs that just has a happy & upbeat vibe. See that adoring look.. that's for you.    Aside from public events, not much seems to dull this girl's spark. Rayla has an old injury that according to the vets likely happened when she was a puppy. Unfortunately it has healed in the wrong position, in order to fix or remove the leg she would have to have an invasive surgery that could be more traumatic than necessary. While it looks a little awkward, she doesn't seem to be in any pain. The only time she seemed to experience any discomfort is when she first got to her foster home's backyard after being kept kenneled in a scary shelter for 2 weeks with no yard access. To say she and her sister Felicia had some built up energy to release would be an understatement. She will occasionally use the leg for stabilization when running and playing with her sister, but doesn't rely on it.   Rayla and Felicia are looking for their forever home(s)! They may do well separately, we are working with them on that, but if you have space for 2.. they will bring the entertainment! They are both medium/smaller in size adult dogs 20-25 lbs each, crate trained, house trained and spayed.  Please contact us with any questions or if you are interested in meeting / adopting please complete an application at the link below: https://LastChancePetRescueInc.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=7215 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 10, 2025, 8:40 pm
