Kira is a sweet girl that needs a loving forever home! She belonged to an elderly family friend who’s going through some health issues and unfortunately couldn't longer care for her. Looks like Kira is a Border Terrier (maybe mix). She’s around 4yo and weights around 20lbs. She’s a very sweet, loving and playful doggie, she’s also good with other dogs and cats. She’ll make a great companion for someone looking for a loving and chill indoor pet. So far, she’s been doing good inside the house. Included with adoption: - Vaccinations up to date - Flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Simparica Trio) - Spayed - Some of her current food - Adoption contract If interested in adopting Kira feel free to fill out an application through our application link. Please note, we are a rescue that mainly rescue Beagles, therefore our application is directed to the Beagle breed. If you’re applying to adopt Kira please complete the application sharing the experience you may have the Border Terrier breed or with other dog breeds (not necessarily Beagles). Pick up is in San Diego, CA. Transportation could be arranged to the right home, depending on distance.

Story
Meet Maya! This cute little girl, only 9 pounds, is a cute and mischievous dog full of love. Found on the streets along with her 3 siblings, she was rescued when there was a report that a dog attacked one of her babies and she died. Maya is currently being trained to walk on a leash, but in her potty training she has done very well! She is very active, happy and loves to run at full speed! You'll be able to see a little flea fly just from how fast she runs, haha! She loves rope toys, treats, and huge beds to sleep in. She has very crazy hair, and that's what makes her adorable. You will fall in love with her little eyes from the first time, and although she is shy the first time, she adapts quite quickly to her new place. She knows how to sit down to eat and wait for her food, and she coexists very well with dogs and cats. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. The adoption fee does not include transportation to North of San Diego

Story
Butters' story began on the streets, where she was found wandering alone, searching for a safe place to call home. Despite her rough start, it was clear from the moment we met her that she had a heart full of love and an unbreakable spirit. When we adopted Butters, she quickly became the light of our lives. Her playful energy made every day brighter. Whether it was chasing after squeaky toys, enjoying belly rubs, or curling up next to us on the couch, Butters was always ready to share her love. But now, as much as it pains us to admit, we can no longer give Butters the love and care she deserves. Life has taken unexpected turns, and we want to ensure she continues to thrive in a home where she’ll be cherished. We’re searching for a loving family who can offer Butters the attention and affection she craves.

She is great with dogs and currently fostered in a home with 2 cats. She loves her squeaky and plush toys as well as spending time in the couch with her foster parents. We have never seen any aggression to any dogs on or off leash. She does enjoy her chewy sticks as she loves to have chewing sessions on her bully stick or toys. She is house and potty trained. Her current foster home doesn't crate train so she has not been exposed to crate training. She would be a great match for a retiree or a family dog. She may be 7yrs old but she LOVES to play and excercise. Although not puppy energy and constantly moving, she does enjoy activity. She is a terrier after all! She can cuddle in the couch and run around in the yard or go for a walk, she is game for both!Maggie is a healthy spayed female who is missing some teeth and has worn down incisors from her past life. Story
Hi This is Connor!! a wonderful mellow young male fur 4 leg boy with lots of love to give you!! he has this wonderful shaggy wired hair that makes him look so cute!!😊 He is very playful; and gets along with all dogs. He plays so much with his buddy a yellow lab named Marisol. However, at the beginning he is a little shy - once he is comfortable he will be very playful. He is crate trained and he is not a barker. He is a very well behaved and calm fur boy:) He has the ideal size as well - not too small neither too large:) As with all rescued fur kids; she is going to need training, love reinforcement; as you know they all come from a tough beginning on their lives and the art of adopting a rescued creature is to bring them to be the best they can be with love and patience. Their adoption fee includes being spayed/neutered, DHLPP vaccines, dewormed, and a free health checkup through a local participating vet clinic. Ready to give him a forever home?
