Story
Sadie Sue is an adorable 4-month-old Border Terrier/Shih Tzu mix with a sweet and playful personality. Weighing just 6 lbs, this little bundle of joy is full of normal puppy energy and is always ready for fun. She loves to chase after her toys in a game of fetch—though she hasn’t quite figured out the “let go” part yet! Squeaky toys are her absolute favorite, and she’ll happily entertain herself with them for hours. Despite her playful nature, Sadie Sue is also a cuddle bug who enjoys winding down with her people. She’s not a fan of the crate but loves sleeping either in her own cozy bed or snuggled up next to her family. If you give her a good belly rub, she’ll melt right into your hands—scratches on her stomach are the way to her heart! Sadie Sue is doing well with potty training but still has occasional accidents as she continues to learn. She enjoys spending time outside, where she has discovered a love for birdwatching in the backyard. Sadie Sue has been diagnosed with patellar luxation, a condition that may require surgical correction once she is fully grown. Despite this, she remains a happy, playful puppy who doesn’t let anything slow her down. Sadie Sue is currently being fostered in New Braunfels, TX, and is looking for a loving home where she can continue to grow, learn, and be adored. If you’re searching for a playful yet affectionate companion, Sadie Sue is ready to bring love and joy into your life!
