Story
Buddy’s from Mexico. He was tied up and left outside there. The rescue got called by a neighbor and found him needing an eye removed. I got him in March of this year. Because he’s a pug I got him surgery to breathe better. Buddy loves sleeping all day, and also can go for 6 mile hikes! He is a total cuddle bug. He is potty trained and pretty good about loose leash walking. He barks at dogs passing by but that's about it. He is easy to train and knows many tricks. Buddy does have some separation anxiety. He has howled when left alone on a couple occasions but now he seems to be doing much better with being alone. I am a grad school student so I'm gone much of the day. I think he would do better in a household with somebody who is work from home or retired. He might like a friend to stay home with, I'm not sure though, he's hit or miss on other dogs.
