Blue Ivy is a sweet girl who is looking for a cozy foster home to recover from her cold. She would enjoy being in a foster home while being pampered with soft blankets and warm cuddles. Reason for Foster: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) Foster Time Frame: 1.5 Weeks Foster Care Plan: Blue Ivy is currently undergoing treatment for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. There is a possibility that she is contagious to other animals, so we strongly recommend keeping her separated in a bedroom or bathroom away from your personal pets until she has fully recovered. She will go home with medication and once her medication is completed she will have a recheck to move forward with surgery/adoption. Foster to Adopt Program: Blue ivy is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. Meet Penny! Penny is a Boston terrier. She is between 7 and 8 years old. Fully vetted and ready for adoption. She originally came from China and her mama died, and the her momma’s family went back to China and could not take the her. Penny is very well disciplined. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She weighs about 25 lbs. She LOVES to play fetch but she won’t drop the toy so you have to use two toys to play with her. It takes a little while for her to warm up to new people. She is used to sleeping in the bed with people but if you make her get down and tell her no she she is fine with that too. We would love to find her a home where her snuggles are welcome!
