Darla is a young, white boxer. She is very affectionate with people and children, has never bitten. She has a lot of energy and requires a good amount of space to run. We adopted her from the Long Beach Animal Shelter in September of 2023 when she was 8 months old. She will be two years old some time in January 2025. She loves bones and treats. Darla is crate trained, but prefers to lay on the ground. She was going to dog training, but it became a bit stressful over time due to her energy levels. She will not work in a home with other dogs. As affectionate as she is with people, she has a resource guarding issue and will bully other dogs.

All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Henry came to us by way of the SEAACA animal shelter. When he arrived at the shelter two weeks prior, he was in pretty terrible shape. His ears were destroyed by fly strikes, and his entire muzzle was covered in scabs/sores. He waited for two weeks, but nobody ever claimed him, and he wasn't adopted. We were able to step in and save him from taking his final walk. Henry is literally one of the calmest boxers we have ever seen. He's pretty solid, but so so so tender. He has those beautiful, soulful, amber eyes. It's obvious that Henry wasn't dealt the best hand early in his life, and he probably spent most of his time outdoors. Our vet examined him thoroughly and ran all of the appropriate tests. He believes Henry to be about 3 years old, but we are estimated between 3-5 just to be safe (his teeth indicate closer to 3). Pete is a 3 year old male Pete is an absolute dream dog who adores all people. Due to not being great with other dogs Pete has had extensive professional training and his adopters will get several training sessions to ensure a great start to his new life with you. He is the absolute favorite dog at the training facility. Meet Pete! Isn't he a hunk!?!?!?! Pete came to us from the Riverside shelter. He has been with us since just before Thanksgiving and we have gotten to know a lot about him. &#226&#128&#139 Pete is a tender hearted guy who just wants to snuggle and love his humans. He is very affectionate with people he knows, but it's obvious he's had his heart broken in his past, so he is very guarded with his heart. He needs a home with no other dogs. He is definitely potty trained and very well mannered. He will definitely be on Santa's nice list. He is crate trained He does great with kids but due to his behavior around other dogs, we are not comfortable placing him with kids at this time. He really wants to be home for the holidays.
