Hello, I'm Kyle! I am 59 pounds and ready to rumble! I'm a nice guy but this place can be a little too much sometimes. You see, I'm only about 1.5 years old, but I've been passed around a bit already. Someone gave me away, then that person gave me to someone else, who brought me here. I've been trying very hard to be brave, and it's paid off, but I'm hoping I can just get out of the shelter and find myself a forever home. I'm told that's when some humans feed, love and play with you for the rest of your life. That sounds pretty good to me! I can be a little weary of strangers but once I get to know you, I'm all in! I'm a loyal friend but not a snob. As long as you respect me as a living being, we will be happy together! Since small humans are sometimes unable to tell when I'm feeling uncomfortable, I think I'd prefer a home with adults or older teens only for now. I like to play with other dogs, rough and tumble style. If you have a dog who likes to wrestle and play chase, I might be a good friend for them! Manon can be nervous of strangers and strange environments. She's hoping to find a committed dog person who can learn alongside her. Hello friendly friends! I'm Snoopy, or Snoop Dogg, if you please. I am a friendly, bouncy big boy (90 pounds) looking for someone to help me out. You see, my dad loved me very much but he had a weak heart. He knew he wasn't feeling well and tried very hard to find someone to take care of me but, unfortunately, he died before anyone stepped forward. The nice shelter people tried a little longer to find someone who knew my dad to take me home, but there wasn't anyone ready for a big baby like me. Alas, here I am hoping to charm someone new into taking me home. My favourite thing is probably snacks (ok, I'm a little chubby, whatever) followed by chasing toys (and making you chase me)! I love rope toys the most but balls are ok too. I'm not too sure about some of the other dogs around, but maybe I'll feel differently about yours.
