Story
Meet Strawberry Shortcake!
This 7-month-old cutie is as irresistible as her name! With her unique salt-and-pepper coat and scruffy black face, we believe she’s a Brussels Griffon mix—and at just around 10 pounds, she’s the perfect pocket-sized companion.
Strawberry came to us from a high-kill Bay Area shelter. While her sister was adopted quickly, Strawberry was too terrified to even be touched. But now, this sweet girl is blooming with confidence more each day and is starting to show off her spunky, silly personality. She’s truly just learning how to “dog”—and it’s a joy to watch!
She’s low-shedding, super cuddly, and full of potential. While she’s still working on house and crate training, she’s eager to learn and would thrive in a home that’s committed to her success with continued training, socialization, and exercise.
Strawberry would do best with another confident dog in the home—someone she can look up to and learn from as she continues to build her own confidence. She’s already been spayed and is ready to find her forever family.
If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind pup with a sweet soul and a playful spirit, Strawberry Shortcake is your girl!
