Story
Petey hasn't always had the best of luck, but he is the sweetest and most playful little guy you will meet! He loves his people and craves constant pets! He is young and very playful, so he needs an active home or at least a home with a backyard so that he can play! Petey is strong and loves to take walks. He has a big appetite and looks forward to mealtime and treats. Chew bones are his favorite. He is observant and is always alert and ready to please. He does well with other dogs, but has not been tested around cats. Petey got a clear bill of health from the vet and is ready to travel today to his forever home! If you are interested in adopting please visit funnyfarmpets.org where you can read all about our adoption and transport process and you can submit the adoption application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRR/Dog The adoption fee is $399 and transport will be an additional $200 if they have to be transported out of TN where they are currently fostered.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Tigger, a high-energy bull terrier and pit bull mix born in late 2015,  is the friendliest, most fun-loving little guy. He absolutely loves everyone he meets. While he especially loves children he is better suited to older kids, not little ones.  He likes to be king of his castle, so he should be the only pet in his home. And his home should be in a quiet suburb with a fenced yard where Tigger can play and burn off his energy. He loves his people so much, he needs them to be home a lot.  If you are an experienced dog owner who can give Tigger the forever home he's looking for, fill out an application at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org  RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoptionGiven technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 19, 2024, 2:09 am

Story
Maisy is a 2 year old exuberant and joyful terrier mix girl in search of a forever home. At only about 8 weeks old, Maisy’s rescue story began when she was found abandoned on the side of a road. She was taken to a foster home where she got tons of love and training, and she even earned an AKC Star Puppy medal! After a few months in foster, Maisy was adopted by a wonderful family, but sadly her mom became ill and can no longer take care of her, so Maisy is back in the loving care of her original foster mom. Maisy’s foster mom says “she’s a really sweet and smart girl who absolutely loves people with her whole heart, and her exuberant tail wags show it. She loves being involved in whatever we’re doing, whether it’s chores, an adventure, or just chilling on the sofa. She gets along really well with friendly dogs and she loves cats and kittens! She also loves water and going for walks on the beach.” Maisy weighs 72 pounds. She is housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vetting. If you’d like to offer Maisy a happily ever after home, please email bigyellowdog.wendy@gmail.com for an application.
