Hi! I’m Cici. I’m a 9 years old spayed female calico cat. My foster mom first noticed me about 6 years ago, when I showed up on her porch looking for food. She fed me for years, but I just wasn’t ready to trust humans yet. Last year, after sleeping in the heated cat house she bought for me, I decided I had enough of the outdoor life and let her pet me. She was able to bring me inside, where I’ve been ever since. Foster mom took me to the vet, where they said I was in really good shape for an outdoor cat, and they also discovered I had been declawed. Foster mom can’t believe I was able to survive so long outdoors without claws to defend myself! I LOVE people. There’s nothing better than laying with my human and getting pets. I purr up a storm and love to make biscuits! I prefer a quiet environment without a lot of commotion. I like cats, but the resident cat at my foster home doesn’t like me (she’s just mean). I’m indifferent towards dogs as long as they’re not trying to play rough with me. I love having plenty of places to hide when I’m alone, but when my human is around, I prefer to cuddle with them. I like looking out the window, but I have no desire to ever go outside again.

D.O.B. is 4/18/23) that came into the rescue with her mom & siblings...all adopted except her brother, Mandarin, also available. She is a wonderful companion, although not a snuggler, she loves just being with you, sitting next to you and does her little eye squints and trills/chirps in happiness when you talk to her. She is being fostered with Mandarin, Frostine & Icelyn. Her adoption fee is $150 and she is current on vaccines, microchipped, FeLV/FIV negative and spayed. Meet Cece! She’s been with us for 5 years. She is a quiet cat, who loves a soft blanket on the sofa or a quiet place to nap. She is pretty nervous until she gets to know you and would prefer a home without kids or other pets. She’s been a great cat with no litter box issues, and she has never been aggressive towards the adults or kids in the house (we have 5 year olds and a 10 year old). However she’s had trouble with a female cat in the house and we don’t want to her not be able to feel safe and enjoy her life. She has no medical issues and is spayed.
