Would do best as only dog.Cats?: Unknown but unlikely due to prey driveKids?:  Older kids, needs slow introduction Gracie is a very sweet, loyal girl. Unfortunately, Gracie has had negative encounters with other dogs and will do best as an only dog without lots of excitement as new environments and situations scare her. She is very protective of her people and given this would be best in a home that can continue to work on her training while also respecting muzzle safety in unfamiliar places. Gracie’s perfect adopter must be knowledgeable of guardian breeds and uderstand Gracie may not be able to be a social dog. Gracie doesn’t require a fenced yard but does require constantsupervision or to be leashed when outside due to her prey drive.  She will do best as an only dog to reduce her stress and anxiety.
