Lily is a five-year-old mixed cane, Corsa and pit Mix, she’s a great protector dog. She doesn’t leave her side. She’s great around children and babies again in protector mode all the time, she loves to be rubbed and show attention. She’s not very playful in the sense of fetching however she does like walks and running. She’s great with other dogs inside and outside. She’s used to having an invisible fence. She eats twice a day and her diet consist of rice, chicken, liver, and dog food. She’s great with commands. And her coat is always shiny! She’ll be a great add-on to the family or if you’re looking for a great companion.

FAITH - 5 years old, (bday December 2019), house trained, good with kids, no other pets, typical breed tendencies of resource guarding and reactivity to unknown animals and people. Described as loving and playful, Faith has been struggling living the shelter life. After knowing only one family her whole life, she now sits behind bars with strangers and unknown animals surrounding her due to no fault of her own.  *She is reactive behind these cage bars but once outside with a proper introduction, she is lovely.  *She loves those treats! Treats helped her get used to me.  *Faith can be trusted to roam free when left alone and although good with children, she can get rough. *Faith is protective of the home and will bark when someone approaches. *As noted before, Faith is a cane corso and has the typical breed tendencies of resource guarding and reactivity to new people and animals. Please do your own research to determine if her breed is one that will fit your lifestyle. JACK - 1 year old, 65 pounds, puppy-like behaviors. Adult-only home. JACK is a big puppy. He is energetic and bouncy and loves to run. He also loves treats and will jump at you and on you for said treats. Jack is a return resident looking for an active family to match his own activity level.  With a birthday in August 2023, he may as well still be a puppy so please be prepared to give lots of time, attention and training to Jack. Please be prepared to understand he might push your buttons and not listen well as he settles in a new environment. He can be nervous at first and sensitive with handling until he gets to know you. Slow and proper introductions will be in your future with this boy. He didn't really get mouthy with me in the yard but he definitely didn't like waiting for the treat. Louie is a handsome big boy that came to use from a local shelter partner. We do not know much about his past but so far he has been nothing but sweet with a loud bark! Louie is a cane corso mix that comes in at 105 pounds. He is also a senior so his future family should be prepared being he is a giant breed that vet costs could be a bit higher. We are requiring his future family to have experience with giant breed dogs so that he is successful in his future home. Louie would do best with children 6+ and will need to meet any residents dogs in his future home. If you would like to meet Louie or have more questions please speak with the kennel staff and they will be happy to help.
