Story
Hi I’m Foxy! My foster mom saved me from the street when it was extremely hot, when she called me I came right to her and I’ve known love ever since.Foxy is a very sweet, and loving dog around 2 years old (even though she looks like a puppy)! She’s only 18.5 pounds right now, but extremely skinny—she needs to gain 8-10 pounds to be a healthier weight. She loves to cuddle and snuggle with her foster brother, sister and momma. All 3 play very well together and love tug of war!She does need her own space when she’s eating, but that’s just because she was found starving on the streets. She lets you know when she needs to go outside to potty. She needs some help getting into a crate but settles down after a few minutes, and makes friends with everyone she meets!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
