Story
Milo (formerly Delilah, long story) is a ≈ 6-7 year old male cat. He is very sweet but needs more attention than we are able to give him with a toddler in the home. He is good with kids, and loves to snuggle and be pet. We rescued Milo in 2019 after he was dumped and living outside. He has been through a lot and needs someone that can give him their full attention and love, which we are unable to provide anymore. He is very adaptive and good with other animals. You will often find him curling up on soft blankets and warm spots and loves to sleep in the bed with his humans. We are heartbroken but know he deserves a home where he can be the sole baby. He is a great cat - sweet and docile, and will make a great addition to your home. He has his initial shots but we have not updated them since we moved last year. We are asking an adoption fee to make sure he is well taken care of but also taking shots into consideration. Please let me know if you have any questions about this sweet boy.

Story
This sweet boy was found in the woods by my house. He gets along well with my cats and dachshund. He enjoys bird watching, playing with toys and napping in the sunshine. He is a little shy at first but warms up fast.

Story
Hey there, I'm Harlem! 😺 I’m an 11-week-old kitten with a whole lot of personality packed into this little body! I’m full of energy, curiosity, and, of course, adorable kitten cuteness. I’m always ready to play—whether it’s chasing toys, pouncing on shadows, or exploring new spots around the house. But when it’s time to relax, I’ll happily curl up in your lap and purr myself to sleep. 😴 I haven’t been neutered yet, but don’t worry! My adoption fee of $90 covers the cost of that, plus my vaccines, so I’ll be all set to head to my new home healthy and happy. 🐾 Ready to meet me and see if we’re a purrfect match? Call the shelter at 256-362-5856 to schedule an appointment. I can’t wait to meet you and start our adventure together!

Story
We adopted Luna as a kitten in March of 2020. She is the sweetest cat and gets along with our two dogs and other cat. She does well with kids and is virtually silent. She only meows if you accidentally get her tail. She would be the perfect cat if it were not for the fact the she will periodically decide to not pee in the litter box. She will always poop in it. But randomly she decides that the litter no longer suits her urinating needs! Luna could not be a sweeter cat! We have tried every option we can think of to get her to pee in the litter box exclusively (vet visits, pheromone therapy, multiple different litters and boxes). So, please know that going into this adoption. Other than that she is the perfect cat with the best disposition for a family or individual looking for a loving companion that will enjoy cuddles at the desk or night time movies on the couch! If interested in bringing Luna into your family, we'd love for you to meet her and offer her a loving home!

Story
We adopted Becky last year through petsense. We have two cats that continually attack her and we don’t know why. We tried to work with the local shelter who was in charge of her adoption and they basically said too bad. She’s yours. And she deserves a more peaceful home.

Story
We adopted her two years ago. We have two cats that continually attack her. She is a very skittish girl. It is taking two years for you just to be able to walk by her and be able to pet her. She loves teenagers, but not small kids as they are too busy for her. She is extremely sweet and once she warms up to you, love to snuggle and sleep with you.
