Story
Hi! My name is Dixie. I am a very loving little girl who needs a home! I am with a great foster family and I have lots of friends and toys to play with. I would love to go to a new home with other kitties to hang out with. I always use the litter box and never have any accidents. I don't pick on the furniture or play too rough. I was shy at first and would run and hide but now I love to cuddle up to my foster mom. Please consider me as your next family member!

Story
This is Floki, he is about 11 months old and very energetic since he is so young. He came to us from a local vet who was looking for a foster home for him vs being put back outside to fend for himself with other outside cats having already been attacking him. He came to us scared of other cats due to being feral, unfortunately we have had no luck with socializing him over the last 2 months as he is just too scared of other cats and gets territorial and attacks other cats. He will do well in a home by himself with adults and no other cats since he is just territorially unless he is by himself. He loves to snuggle and play with toys. He is up to date on his year one shots, does need gabapentin before vet appointments and was neutered at the end of July. He was microchipped which is transferable. Floki is looking for a home where he will be the king of his new castle, he will come with his records, food ( dry and wet), bowls, and all the toys he has been playing with plus his litter box

Story
Cherry is a really sweet girl who we adopted from the Carroll County Animal Shelter. She loves to eat and sleep mostly. She is estimated to be about 4 years old. We’ve recently introduced a new kitten to our family plus our 2 year old cat that we’ve had before Cherry and it seems to be a stressful environment for her. We are looking to give her to a family that does not have any other animals. We figure it will be less stressful on her but still giving her a home she can be happy.

Story
Hi there, my name is Lucy! I'm a 2 month old tabico girl kitty. A tabico is basically a calico but with stripes! So I look a little bit like a jungle cat, and I expect you to have the same respect for me as you would for one of those! After all, you'll be very lucky if I choose to live with you, because I bring a lot to the table--cuddles, adorableness, beauty, with a tinge of sass and spice! I'm sharing a cage with my brother Maximus and my sister Rose, and I'd love for one of them to come home with me, too!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.    November 4, 2024, 11:48 pm

Story
Hey there, you can call me Nash! I'm a black boy kitten who is 3 months old. I am a curious guy who likes to be pet and held, and I think I will like to cuddle people when I get older. I love playtime with my brothers, who I'm sharing a cage with. Their names are Nolan and Noah, and I hope I get adopted with one or both of them so we can keep having fun together!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Story
Hi! My name is Claire, and I'm a five month old girl torbie--that's a tortoiseshell tabby! I have an orange stripe or blaze down my forehead, which looks pretty cool. I am not used to being in a cage in the shelter, so I am a bit shy, but I'm sharing a cage with my friends Cora and Oanez, and they help me be a little braver! I hope you'll come visit me and see if maybe I can be your furever friend! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
