Story
I live with my brother's family and have 2 cats. Both are about 2.5 years old, very healthy and friendly had no problems so far. After my brother had the second baby we were more focusing on the new baby. then Minky looked and acted very sad and stressed. She had stress because of the new baby I guess. We can not take care of her as usual after the new born baby. We dont want to give her up but have no choice. hopefully she has a new home without a baby

Story
Sunny is a very smart cat, he loves to climb on top of kitchen counters to find sweets. He is very playful and also loves his sleep. I don’t think he likes kids or babies very much, but he has never hurt one. He likes to cuddle at night. He has a big appetite and likes to eat both wet and dry food. An ideal rehome for him would be an elderly couple or a single person. I believe he is just unhappy with me now as I just had a baby, he is very nice to the baby and lets her pet him but he has been peeing on the baby stuff and I have become very allergic to his fur. I also lost my job last April and have not been able to keep up with his haircuts. I would love to find him a home where he can be happy again.

Story
Meet Tala! This fun, active and confident cat loves making new friends, both feline and human alike. She’s hoping she gets to meet you next! Tala is an athletic kitty who is all about playtime! She will run and jump after her toys, and she really enjoys chasing after wand toys. When she finally catches one, she will proudly carry it around in her mouth. She loves to play Hide and Seek with her people, and she’ll happily dash away after she’s been found! After she’s let out some steam, Tala will curl up with her friends, enjoying some affection. She is especially fond of relaxing with a good brush session! During the day, Tala can often be found taking a restful catnap in a cat tree or keeping watch on the neighborhood through a window. When she’s not napping, she’s likely ready to play! She gets out her zoomies and runs around the house before mealtime, which she can be quite excited about. She also enjoys getting treats while working on some training and seeing if her cat friends will play with her. Tala is looking for a patient adopter who will be understanding of her quirks and help her be the best cat she can be! She prefers to get attention and pets in short doses, and she sometimes would rather just hang out next to you without any pets. She also likes to talk, but she may communicate with soft mouthing behavior on hands or arms. She may show this behavior when she is overexcited, feeling very affectionate, wants attention or when she no longer wants pets. Our Adoption Team would be happy to share recommendations and training tips with you for interacting with Tala. Tala’s ideal home would be with someone who always makes time to play with her every day. Her adopter should get to know her body language and vocabulary and understand that she still has some kitten behaviors to grow out of! Soon enough, this curious and smart young cat will pick up her new family’s routine and blossom into a wonderful companion. Due to her playstyle and sensitivity to petting, she would do best in a home without young children. Tala gets along quite well with the other cats in her foster home, and she may benefit from having another cat to play with in the home! Tala will be the sweetest friend to someone who is willing to get to know her and give her the love and support she deserves! Story
Meet Roy! He loves pets, playtime and lounging around – there’s nothing better in life than that! When Roy first moves into a new home, it may take some time for him to fully warm up, and he’ll soon show you that he is a total sweetheart! He especially likes cheek and chin scratches, as well as naptime snuggles. When he’s ready to play, he enjoys wand toys, laser pointers and chasing after a treat! After burning off some energy, he will look for a cozy napping spot, and he can occasionally be found curled up under the bedsheets. Roy would thrive in a home be with someone who will give him all the pets and snuggles that he wants, as well as ample playtime throughout the day! He would also love to live somewhere with lots of comfy spots to catnap in, as well as enough space to run around and get his zoomies out. He also wouldn’t mind company when he eats his meals – he’s a social boy at heart! Roy is looking for an experienced adopter who understands when he is feeling overstimulated. He can be a bit mouthy and give gentle play bites when he feels done with being pet or if he’s in a playful mood. Our Adoption Team would be happy to provide recommendations for addressing his behavior, such as redirecting his attention to appropriate toys and providing him with plenty of daily enrichment with designated playtimes. Due to his playstyle and sensitivity to petting, Roy would also do best in a home without young children. Potential adopters should be aware that Roy tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) in August 2024. With proactive and routine veterinary care, FIV-positive cats can have both a normal lifespan and good quality of life. Our Adoption Team will share more information about Roy’s medical history and expected future care when you apply.
